CRM Analyst - Talent Pool

Role open to Latin America residents About the role As a CRM Analyst, you will support data-driven marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams such as brand, marketing, and technical partners. This role involves leveraging customer data to enable targeted campaigns and personalized communication strategies. What you might work on Supporting CRM systems and marketing campaign execution Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business and marketing needs Preparing and analyzing data for campaign targeting and segmentation Assisting in the implementation of marketing campaigns across digital platforms Working closely with brand teams and external partners (e.g., email agencies) Identifying opportunities to improve data usage and campaign performance Requirements Experience working with CRM tools and marketing campaigns Knowledge of SQL and working with databases Basic understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments Advanced English (you’ll work with international teams) Nice to have Experience with marketing automation platforms Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization strategies Experience in international or remote teams
