Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, or similar BI platforms. Strong knowledge of CRM Analytics, data modeling, ETL processes, reporting architecture, and dashboard development. Experience working with Salesforce products and integrating analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Proficiency in data visualization, data analysis, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Knowledge of SAQL, SOQL, JSON, Dataflows, Recipes, XMD, and data integration concepts is highly desirable. Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant Certification and Salesforce development experience are advantageous.
