What you will be doing Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across multiple brands to drive customer engagement. Support the creation and execution of targeted campaigns that maximise engagement across our products. Contribute ideas to optimise CRM campaigns, customer journeys, and lifecycle communications. Ensure all campaign assets, content, and mechanics are in place before launch. Verify campaign readiness and perform thorough testing to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain internal CRM processes, including coordinating content approvals with Compliance. Keep relevant stakeholders informed of upcoming customer communications and campaign launches. Monitor websites and customer-facing communications to ensure promotional content, offers, and campaign mechanics are accurate and up to date. Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement, using data and insights to identify opportunities for optimisation. Stay up to date with CRM best practices, customer engagement trends, and industry developments. Skills and Experience Required 1+ years of experience in CRM. Previous experience working within iGaming is preferred, with a genuine interest in casino or customer engagement. Start Date: As soon as we find a match!
