Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced CRM Director to join our agency in a long term, remote-based position. As CRM Director, you will lead a team of email marketers, copywriters and designers in the delivery of email marketing services (campaign/content strategy, flows and automations, lead generation and pop ups) for our e-commerce clients. You will be in direct communication with the clients and will be in charge of leading your team and implementing effective email marketing strategies for your clients.

Overview of core responsibilities:

● Managing a team of 5 to deliver and implement email marketing services.

● Be the main point of contact for up to 10-12 ecommerce clients, managing different phases of various email marketing projects.

● Build strong relationships with clients, focused on client satisfaction and long term retention.

● Provide leadership and direction for day to day operations and administrative tasks within the team.

● Communicating with clients on a daily basis.

● Building email marketing strategies for clients.

● Creating client progress reports.

Qualifications:

● Email marketing experience (Klaviyo strongly preferred)

● 5+ years of E-commerce marketing experience

● Confidence in communicating with clients

● Be able to commit to a full-time position (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM UK time)

• Base Salary: Based on experience, skill & in relation to your current package.
