We are looking for a Customer relationship management (CRM) Specialist to help us ensure Wellis customers receive the right message at the right moment, in the right channel, so they feel supported throughout their treatment journey and take the next best action. In this role, you will be working closely with Marketing, Medical Operations, Customer Care, Product, Data, and Content to make CRM a structural driver of customer experience, retention, reactivation and growth. About the role & team As our CRM Specialist, you will join the Retention & Reactivation team and report to the Lead Retention & Reactivation . Because this is a new position to be filled, you will report to Robert (CMO) in the meantime. The team focuses on helping customers start successfully, stay engaged, continue treatment, and return when relevant by sending the right message at the right moment, in the right channel. In the first months, your focus will be on building and improving CRM campaigns and lifecycle flows for onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, winback, and reactivation. You will translate customer behaviour, lifecycle insights, medical guidelines, and commercial priorities into clear journeys, segments, tests, and campaign improvements. Success in this role means customers receive communication that is supportive, timely, medically responsible and feels personal, while CRM delivers measurable impact on engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation, treatment continuity, and revenue contribution. How you make a difference Campaign Strategy: Design and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) across onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, and win-back. Purpose & Voice: Ensure every message balances customer value, business goals, and Wellis’s brand tone and medical guidelines. Frictionless Support: Proactively address key drop-off points in the treatment journey to keep customers supported and engaged. Cross-Functional Insight: Partner with Medical, Care, Product, and Data teams to convert churn signals and customer feedback into smart CRM flows. Targeted Messaging: Build precise audience segments based on lifecycle stage, behavior, engagement, and customer value. Automated Triggers: Collaborate with Data teams to set up automated journeys for disengaged, high-potential, or at-risk customers. A/B Testing: Continuously test subject lines, copy, send times, and channels to drive continuous performance gains. Data-Driven Growth: Track and report on key metrics (open/click rates, retention impact, reactivation, revenue) to show clear business impact. Build & QA: Build, test, schedule, and launch manual and automated CRM workflows with high precision. Deliverability & Standards: Maintain audience health, tracking accuracy, campaign calendars, and deliverability best practices. Meticulous Execution: Uncompromising QA standards across targeting, tracking, personalization, templates, and compliance. Business & Growth Focus: Solid understanding of CRM’s role in driving activation, retention, LTV, and revenue growth. Continuous Testing: Track record of designing structured experiments and quickly acting on learnings. Cross-Team Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with Product, Data, Content, Medical, and Customer Support teams.
