CSM Rijeka is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join Cruise fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement. JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION Overall ship's command and responsibility to ensure safety of crew, passengers and environmental protection. Responsible for the occupational health, safety and welfare of the crew, and the safety of passengers; Responsible for the compliance with the International regulations and company safe practices and policies. Ensure that all Officers and Crew are familiar with the Company's Management System. Ensure that a robust Safety & Health culture and Environmental and Energy Efficiency awareness is encouraged and maintained To be in possession of : Valid COC (STCW Reg II/2) with verification. Valid STCW certifications required for the position. Excellent knowledge of ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and other maritime regulations Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and crisis management skills Advanced English level; additional languages are an asset and recommended. Safety culture and mindset. Experience with multicultural working environment. VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Substantial experience as Captain or Staff Captain on large cruise ships, with Azipod propulsion systems Experience in worldwide itinerary.
