Job Description This is a remote position. CryEngine Developer: Build Immersive, High-Fidelity 3D Experiences Pentoz is seeking a technically sharp CryEngine Developer to create cutting-edge 3D environments, simulations, and interactive applications. You’ll work with one of the most powerful game engines to develop experiences that blend realism, performance, and purpose across industries. Key Responsibilities Develop interactive 3D applications and environments using CryEngine Implement gameplay systems, physics, UI, and input logic in C++ or Lua Optimize rendering, performance, and resource management for real-time use Integrate assets: 3D models, animations, materials, and audio Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers in agile project cycles You Bring 2–4 years of experience developing with CryEngine Proficiency in C++ , with knowledge of Lua scripting as a plus Experience with CryEngine’s visual editor, entity/component system, and sandbox tools Strong understanding of 3D game mechanics, level design, and physics A portfolio or demo showcasing real-time 3D work Requirements CryEngine, C++/Lua, 3D Game Dev, Real-Time Rendering, Physics/Lighting, Asset Integration, Cross-Platform Deployment Benefits Create high-impact 3D tools for simulation, training, and enterprise use Remote-first culture built on speed, autonomy, and innovation Join a fast-scaling tech company deploying advanced visual tech across sectors Work on products with national reach and global ambition
