Banker's Lounge Academy is a 16-year-old financial training institution based in Cairo, Egypt. We've trained 80,000+ graduates, 70% of whom work inside banks, and we run corporate training programs across 15 governorates in Egypt. Founded by Dr. Emad Kattara, we're now expanding into digital assets, building on our institutional roots rather than starting from zero.

We're hiring a Crypto Market Intelligence Lead who has actually tracked, interpreted, and acted on digital assets market movements at a professional level — not someone who reads headlines and calls it analysis. You've built market intelligence for a trading desk, fund, or exchange — tracking capital flows, sector rotations, macro-to-crypto correlations, narrative shifts, and positioning changes across the market. You know how to separate real signal from noise, and you've used that skill to inform real decisions, whether that's your own positioning, a fund's strategy, or a business's product direction.

Your job will be to bring that market-reading skill into practical, applied content for banking professionals and students — helping them understand how to actually read the crypto market, not just follow it. All case studies and examples run on demo/testnet environments, historical data, or anonymized analysis. We never require exposure of proprietary trading positions or live capital.

Format: Remote, full-time. Hybrid content delivery (pre-recorded modules + live sessions), with live sessions scheduled to bridge Singapore and Cairo time zones.
