Role Description
We are hiring a Crypto Risk & Volatility Analyst to support risk research, volatility analysis, digital asset market monitoring, and investment-focused reporting across cryptocurrency and Web3 markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Singapore focused on crypto risk analysis, market volatility, digital asset research, liquidity conditions, and blockchain finance.
The Crypto Risk & Volatility Analyst will monitor crypto markets, evaluate volatility drivers, track risk indicators, and prepare research materials across cryptocurrencies, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, tokenized assets, exchanges, blockchain networks, and crypto-native financial products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in cryptocurrency markets, digital asset risk, volatility analysis, trading research, market cycles, and emerging financial technology.
Responsibilities
• Research cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, token ecosystems, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, blockchain networks, and crypto-native financial products
• Monitor volatility, liquidity conditions, token performance, capital flows, market sentiment, trading activity, and broader market cycle developments
• Support risk analysis, volatility tracking, market structure review, downside scenario research, and opportunity evaluation across crypto markets
• Prepare risk notes, volatility updates, market intelligence briefs, digital asset summaries, and crypto research reports
• Track developments across crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, derivatives markets, stablecoin flows, blockchain startups, regulatory updates, and institutional adoption
• Evaluate risks related to liquidity, volatility, token concentration, protocol exposure, leverage, exchange activity, custody considerations, and market positioning
• Collaborate with team members on market research, risk reporting, trading insights, portfolio analysis, and digital asset strategy projects
• Maintain organized research files, volatility trackers, risk dashboards, token watchlists, market notes, and crypto intelligence resources
Qualifications
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets, digital asset risk, volatility analysis, trading research, DeFi, stablecoins, and blockchain finance
• Familiarity with crypto market research, risk analysis, trading data, token analysis, blockchain networks, digital asset markets, or financial markets
• Understanding of liquidity, volatility, capital flows, market cycles, investor sentiment, risk exposure, leverage, and financial market concepts
• Familiarity with TradingView, blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, exchange dashboards, market data platforms, or risk tracking tools is a plus
• Strong research, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain risk themes, volatility drivers, market trends, and digital asset insights clearly
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research and analysis priorities
• Previous experience in crypto research, trading research, risk analysis, investment research, fintech, financial markets, portfolio analysis, DeFi, or Web3 projects is helpful

Compensation
Salary range: SGD110,000 - SGD115,000 per year depending on experience
