Role Description

We are hiring a Crypto Portfolio Strategy Specialist (Remote, Singapore) to support digital asset research, portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and investment analysis across cryptocurrency and blockchain markets.

This role is designed for an analytical professional who can evaluate crypto assets, blockchain projects, market conditions, and portfolio opportunities. You will help develop data-driven portfolio strategies, monitor market developments, assess risk and exposure, and translate research into actionable portfolio insights.

Responsibilities

• Research cryptocurrencies, blockchain protocols, digital assets, and emerging investment opportunities

• Develop and maintain portfolio strategies aligned with investment objectives and risk parameters

• Analyze token fundamentals, market structure, liquidity, adoption, ecosystem growth, and competitive positioning

• Monitor portfolio performance, asset allocation, volatility, drawdowns, and concentration risk

• Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on digital assets and blockchain projects

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across established cryptocurrencies and emerging blockchain ecosystems

• Track market cycles, macroeconomic developments, protocol upgrades, token launches, and major market catalysts

• Analyze on-chain activity, liquidity flows, token distribution, staking activity, and ecosystem metrics

• Prepare portfolio reports, investment research, market analysis, and strategic recommendations

• Identify portfolio diversification and rebalancing opportunities based on changing market conditions

• Collaborate with investment and research teams to improve portfolio construction and asset-selection frameworks

• Maintain current knowledge of DeFi, Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, and emerging digital asset sectors

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment research, portfolio strategy, financial analysis, trading, asset management, or a related field

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain markets

• Experience analyzing digital assets, investment opportunities, or financial markets

• Knowledge of tokenomics, DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, and crypto market structure

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial research skills

• Ability to evaluate investment opportunities using both qualitative and quantitative information

• Familiarity with on-chain analytics and blockchain data is highly desirable

• Understanding of portfolio construction, diversification, risk management, and asset allocation

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex market data

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the future of digital assets

Compensation

Salary range: SGD 115,000–140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonuses and additional incentives may also be offered.
