Role Description The Financing Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and funding strategies that support Insight Genesis – IGAi’s growth across its four verticals. This role will manage cash flow, optimize capital structure, and coordinate financing activities with internal stakeholders and external partners, including investors, lenders, and strategic allies. The Financing Manager will analyze financial performance, prepare forecasts and financial models, and recommend strategies to support sustainable expansion in emerging and unbanked markets. Daily responsibilities include monitoring key financial metrics, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, and preparing clear reports and presentations for leadership. The role also involves contributing to risk management, supporting pricing and product decisions, and collaborating closely with operations, product, and data teams to align financial plans with business objectives.

  • Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the ability to build and interpret financial models.
  • Experience with capital raising, financing structures, and managing relationships with investors, lenders, or financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, risk management, and performance measurement, with proficiency in tools such as Excel or financial analytics software.
  • Understanding of fintech, AI-driven platforms, or data-centric businesses, ideally with exposure to emerging or unbanked markets.
  • Ability to prepare clear financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for diverse stakeholders, including leadership and non-finance teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and remote-working skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical financial practices and interest in supporting financial inclusion and equitable access to insights.
