Crypto Wallet Trader | Resiter Perú
Remote · Full-time · $200,000–$300,000 USD
About the roleResiter Perú is hiring a Crypto Wallet Trader to own inventory and float across hot, custodial, and MPC wallets. You will move capital across OTC desks, CEX, and DEX venues, drive clean settlement, and keep wallet-balance risk inside firm limits. This is a remote, full-time seat for a trader who treats wallet posture as a first-class trading book.
Responsibilities- Manage inventory and float across hot wallets, custodial accounts, and MPC setups so liquidity is available where execution needs it
- Source and execute flow on OTC desks, centralized exchanges, and decentralized venues with tight spreads and reliable fills
- Run settlement end to end: confirmations, transfers, reconciliations, and exception handling when rails or counterparties slip
- Monitor wallet-balance risk in real time—concentration, chain exposure, pending transfers, and idle float—and rebalance before limits are breached
- Coordinate with ops, treasury, and compliance on wallet rotations, key ceremonies, withdrawal policies, and counterparty onboarding
- Build clear runbooks for emergency drains, stalled settlements, and venue outages so the desk can act without guesswork
- Produce daily P&L, inventory, and risk snapshots that leadership can trust without a second pass
- Deep hands-on experience trading digital assets with direct ownership of wallet inventory and float
- Proven work across OTC, CEX, and DEX venues, including settlement and post-trade cleanup
- Strong command of hot, custodial, and MPC wallet operating models and the failure modes of each
- Fluency in wallet-balance risk: exposure caps, chain and venue concentration, transfer latency, and stuck-funds playbooks
- Comfort operating remotely with high ownership, crisp written updates, and disciplined handoffs across time zones
- Professional English for trading chat, tickets, and stakeholder reporting
- Experience with Latin American counterparties, banking rails, or FX overlays tied to crypto settlement
- Familiarity with multi-sig / MPC tooling, exchange APIs, and on-chain monitoring used on a live desk
- Prior work building inventory dashboards, balance alerts, or settlement trackers for a trading team
- Spanish proficiency for regional counterparties (English remains the working language of the role)
