Full-time, 12 Months Fixed-Term position at HEW Level 8. Parramatta South Campus with flexible working arrangements. $118,969 – $132,069 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading. Lead curriculum systems and data uplift initiatives that support Product Strategy priorities and strengthen compliance. The Opportunity You will play a key role in advancing Western Sydney University's Product Strategy program through the enhancement of curriculum systems, processes and data. Working within the Portfolio Management Office, you will provide operational oversight of curriculum management platform initiatives, ensuring system capabilities continue to evolve to meet institutional priorities and regulatory requirements. Lead the implementation of curriculum management platform enhancements, including the introduction of new modules and functionality that support curriculum planning, review and publication processes. By developing implementation plans, improving data quality and maintaining system integrity, you will ensure curriculum data remains accurate, compliant and aligned across university systems. Collaborate closely with academic and professional stakeholders to align curriculum data management practices with strategic objectives. Through analysis, reporting and expert advice, you will support executive decision-making, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, develop operational documentation and training materials, and help shape the future direction of curriculum systems across the University. What Success Looks Like: Successfully implement curriculum management platform enhancements that support Product Strategy priorities. Deliver curriculum data uplift initiatives that improve data quality, integrity and compliance. Ensure curriculum, assessment and publication processes meet legislative, regulatory and University requirements. Provide timely analysis and reporting that informs strategic and operational decision-making. Build effective stakeholder partnerships that support curriculum planning, approval and publication outcomes. Please refer to the Position Description for full details. About You Relevant qualifications and/or significant experience in professional leadership or senior administrative roles. Demonstrated experience within the Higher Education sector, preferably in curriculum management or curriculum development. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and provide advice to senior leaders. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, including experience analysing complex data sets and identifying actionable insights. Proven ability to improve business processes, develop operational procedures and drive continuous service improvement initiatives. Benefits We invest in the people who make our mission possible.
