As a Customer Care Technician, you provide technical support to customers worldwide and work closely with the Customer Care Manager and an experienced technical team. You troubleshoot and document customer issues, share feedback with the R&D team, and help improve our products and services.

You are comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

As Customer Care Technician, you must be able to:

  • Provide technical support to customers worldwide in collaboration with the Customer Care Manager and the technical support team.
  • Diagnose, document, and follow up on customer issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide structured feedback to the R&D team to contribute to product improvement and issue prevention.
  • Support field installations and deliver training sessions for customers when required.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Manage multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality.

What makes you an asset to our team

  • You carry a high school diploma as an IT, Electronics, or Telecommunications Technician, or a higher qualification in Engineering or Geology.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in customer care or technical support
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • You have a solid knowledge of electronics, including analog and digital systems
  • You master data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
  • You are comfortable manipulating Windows, Android, and iOS
  • You are experienced with geotechnical monitoring instruments such as piezometers and inclinometers
  • You possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • You have a proactive mindset and very comfortable working autonomously
  • You are available for occasional travel in Italy and abroad (up to 20%)

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or Land and Environmental Management.
  • A knowledge of industrial sensors and measurement technologies, including MEMS, strain gauges, potentiometers, Wheatstone bridges, magnetostrictive sensors, optical sensors, Pt100, NTC, and similar technologies.
  • A good understanding of business processes
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language, preferably French, Spanish, or German.
