Customer Engagement and Service Manager

Currently, over 8,000 textile companies are part of our traceability network and more than 100 leading global brands are implementing traceability programs on our Traceability platform .As of Dec 2024 , a total 1.9 billion garments have been traced across the entire supply chain ,from fiber to retailer, on the TextileGenesis platform . He or she will be responsible for the delivery of supply -chain traoffice-basedceability in greater China region to meet the project requirement of Brand and Retailer based in Europe and the USA . We offer the flexibility for this position to be home-based Scope of work including but not limit to Manage the traceability project implementation in the region by working closely with global project manager and other project team members . Efficiently manage and sustain relationships with key contact personnel in regional brand offices Follow up and support our textile supply chain partner on platform registration , provide in-depth training and resolve various issues users encounter while using the platform. Work with development team for product improvement based on first-hand feedback and market insight. Manage relationships with key supply chain partners and industry organization Other job duties assigned by superior Required Competencies 10+ Years working experience in textile industry , certification body or in sustainability domain ,familiar with textile industry end to end supply chain , good knowledge of sustainable textile material will be a plus Excellent written and spoken English skills Customers focus with good oral and written communication skill to drive results Ability to take ownership of issue , strong “ can -do “ attitude and good problem solving skills Proficient in data analysis with extensive experience using office software tools Proven project management experience, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously Overseas working or studying experience is a plus but not a must Experience in Certification Body (GRS/RCS /RWS /OCS etc. ) , Transaction Certification or supply chain traceability is a plus but not a must (This position provides a Flexibility to be home office based ) We provide competitive compensation offer and broad career development opportunity , and look forward to the growth of employees and the company together
