Your Challenges Phone and chat. Resolution of general customer issues. Identify opportunities for improvement in established procedures. Contribute to a positive work environment. Required Skills Experience in similar positions (customer support via email and phone). Availability to work Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday, 6 hours shifts. Proficiency in using computer programs and tools (Excel, email, phone, chat). Intermediate knowledge of the English language - not mandatory.
