Als Customer Master Data Specialist DACH (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Pflege, Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenstammdaten. Darum geht es

An unserem Standort in Neu-Isenburg sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für eine hohe Datenqualität und unterstützen damit die reibungslose Abwicklung unserer Geschäftsprozesse in der DACH-Region.

Dabei:

• pflegen und aktualisieren Sie sämtliche Kundenstammdaten in SAP SD
• verwalten Sie kundenspezifische Rabatte, Konditionen und Stammdaten
• erfassen und pflegen Sie Marketingaktionen zur automatisierten Auftragsabwicklung
• stellen Sie die Datenqualität sowie die Einhaltung definierter Standards sicher
• analysieren und optimieren Sie bestehende Stammdatenprozesse
• achten Sie auf die Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorgaben, insbesondere im Bereich Datenschutz
• arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Buchhaltung sowie den Standorten der DACH-Region zusammen
• unterstützen Sie bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Datenstrukturen und Prozessen

Das zeichnet Sie aus

Sie sind eine sorgfältige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die gerne strukturiert arbeitet und dabei den Blick für Zusammenhänge und Prozessqualität behält.

Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie idealerweise über:

• eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation,
• Berufserfahrung in der Stammdatenpflege, Sachbearbeitung oder Datenadministration,
• gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel,
• erste Erfahrungen mit SAP SD, die von Vorteil sind,
• eine selbstständige, gewissenhafte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise,
• ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit,
• gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise Englischkenntnisse.
