Customer Representative (Cold Caller)

Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Representative to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for promoting our Instagram promotion services to potential clients. Our unique approach offers cost-effective and highly targeted audience reach, making it an attractive alternative to traditional Instagram promotions. You'll work part-time, 4 hours a day, and have the flexibility to operate during either Canadian or Australian time zones. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our Instagram promotion services. - Explain the benefits of our tailored audience targeting tools and cost-effective pricing. - Build rapport with potential clients and address any questions or concerns. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities. Requirements - Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills. - Proven experience in cold calling or sales. - Ability to adapt to different time zones (Canadian or Australian). - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Benefits - Hourly rate: P100.00 - Commission for each product sold
