Job Description

This is a remote position.

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Outbound Employee on a full-time basis. As an Outbound Employee, you will be responsible for contacting existing MRA E-Bike Center customers to arrange maintenance services and service checks, ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient appointment scheduling. What will you be doing?

As an Outbound Employee, your key responsibilities involve proactively contacting existing MRA E-Bike Center customers to arrange maintenance services and service checks. You will make outbound calls to customers, inform them about the required services, and schedule maintenance appointments directly in your planning system. You will also actively identify opportunities to fill available workshop capacity and ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently.

Customer follow-up and accurate administration are important parts of your role. You will record callback appointments, ensure that customers are contacted at the agreed times, and document the outcome
every conversation accurately in the customer management system. This
