Customer Service Advisor - Bilingual (English & French)

Req ID#: 406542 Job Description: As a Bilingual Customer Care Agent, you will manage incoming calls and emails in both English and French, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in every interaction. Your primary responsibility is to provide accurate information, handle inquiries and complaints, and offer level-1 technical support with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. As customer service is central to our company’s success, you will play a key role in representing the brand and upholding a high standard of customer satisfaction.
