Customer Service Representative

$24 to $26/hr | Victoria, BC | Hybrid | Temporary Full-Time

Mac’s Heating is looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you enjoy helping people, keeping a busy office organized, and being part of a team that keeps Victoria homes and businesses comfortable, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and emails, and help customers with service requests, questions, and bookings

• Book service appointments and update customers on any changes

• Enter and maintain customer information, work orders, and service records

• Process paperwork, including invoices, quotes, and job documentation

• Maintain accurate files, records, and data entry to keep the office organized

• Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports as needed

• Monitor and respond to the general inbox and route inquiries to the right person

• Order and track office supplies

• Support the office team with general administrative tasks

• Run occasional errands as needed

What’s in It for You

• $24 to $26/hr, depending on experience

• Work from home 4 days a week, with 1 day in our Victoria office

• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (40 hrs/week, paid lunch)

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, reception, scheduling, or office administration

• Clear, friendly phone manner and strong communication skills

• Organized and able to juggle multiple calls and priorities on busy days

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), email, and scheduling or CRM software

• Motivated to learn and grow your career with the company

• Valid BC Driver’s Licence

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or another trade or service business is an asset, but not required
