E-commerce Assistant / Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice)
Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week); 2 hours/day during EST mornings. The remaining 2 hours can be flexible.

About the Client Company
Our client is a U.S.-based health and wellness brand specializing in premium dietary supplements, including magnesium, vitamins, probiotics, and other nutritional products designed to support everyday wellness. The company primarily sells through Amazon and also operates its own e-commerce website.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and AI-savvy E-commerce Assistant / Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and support daily e-commerce operations. This is a 100% non-voice position, with customer support primarily handled through Gorgias.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and Gorgias, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Handle order inquiries, shipping updates, refunds, returns, and product-related questions.
- Assist with basic Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce administrative tasks as needed.
- Use AI tools to improve customer support efficiency, draft responses, and streamline workflows.
- Maintain accurate customer records and organize support tickets.
- Support other day-to-day e-commerce operations during periods of low customer support volume.
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with Gorgias or similar customer support platforms.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong AI proficiency, including practical experience using ChatGPT or similar tools to improve productivity.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Interest in health, wellness, and nutritional supplements is a plus.
