This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding our services, pricing, and policies. Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate team members for resolution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for improving the overall customer experience. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service. Act as a brand ambassador and promote our services to potential customers. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in customer service. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
