WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Stallion Prepit Team is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with top-notch communication skills and is capable of handling phone and email support, working together with the operations team and account managers. YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM: Handling Phone Calls Handling Emails Communicating with Operations Team Lead and Account Managers Answering General Inquiries pertaining to the service offerings Resolving any issues that come up BASIC REQUIREMENT: 1 year Customer Service Experience Minimum Solid work from home setup with good connection including headset NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET: Ecommerce experience an asset WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
