Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Maintain an organized database of client interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely responses. Educate clients about our architectural services and processes. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing project timelines for client meetings. Follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided. Support the team in administrative tasks as needed to promote efficient office operations. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications preferred. Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably in a professional setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. A passion for architecture and design is a plus.
