Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requirements

• English Proficiency: B2 or above (strong verbal and written communication skills).

• Experience: No previous customer service or BPO experience required. Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, medical billing, or insurance is a plus.

• Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving abilities, empathy, and a strong customer-centric mindset.

• Location: Must reside in Guatemala City or surrounding areas and be available to commute to the site when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, benefits information, and service requests, ensuring a professional and positive experience.

• Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve inquiries efficiently and effectively.

• Customer Follow-up: Maintain proper follow-up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution while delivering high-quality service.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Available Shifts: Morning (AM), Mid, and Evening (PM) shifts.

• Days Off: 2 days off per week.

• Work Arrangement: Work From Home (WFH), with hybrid flexibility required for occasional on-site meetings, training, or other operational needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: Q6,850.

• Benefits: All statutory benefits as required by Guatemalan labor law.

• Work Environment: Stable and professional working environment.

Work Location

• Site Location: Guatemala City, Guatemala.

• Candidates must reside within Guatemala City or surrounding areas and have full availability to commute to the site whenever required.
