Responsibilities

• Assist customers through chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Recommend relevant products and services based on customer needs.
• Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales and average order value.
• Handle product inquiries, customer objections, and purchase concerns professionally.
• Follow up with customers to encourage conversions and repeat purchases.
• Meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Keep customer records accurate and updated.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is preferred.
• Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or sales conversion is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident recommending products and handling customer objections.
• Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
