As we expand our offerings to include cryptocurrency management, we are looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist to help manage and support our clients' cryptocurrency portfolios. Job Responsibilities: Customer Service & Support : Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries related to their cryptocurrency investments, portfolio performance, and other financial queries. Portfolio Management Assistance : Collaborate with the finance team to assist clients in managing their cryptocurrency portfolios, ensuring they are optimized for growth and security. Account Monitoring & Reporting : Regularly monitor the performance of client portfolios and provide updates, reports, and recommendations to improve returns. Crypto Education : Educate clients about cryptocurrency markets, trends, and best practices for portfolio management. Client Onboarding & Consultation : Guide clients through the onboarding process, helping them understand their investment options, risks, and how to use the platforms for portfolio management. Troubleshooting & Technical Support : Address any technical issues clients might face when accessing or managing their cryptocurrency investments. Compliance & Security : Ensure that all client portfolios comply with financial regulations and security standards. Requirements: Experience in customer service, preferably in finance or cryptocurrency. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, portfolio management, and blockchain technology. Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and approachable manner. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Background in finance, accounting, or related field.
