Now, to strengthen our team to the earliest possible starting date, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Chemical Distribution (f/m/d) Your responsibilities: Providing support to colleagues from the sales department in their daily activities Managing and developing customer relations Recording orders to customers, entries, goods invoices and other additional invoices and prepares additional necessary documents Correct maintenance of stock records, updating the database and archiving documents Daily checking of WMS reports to identify possible differences between notices/NIRs and the physically delivered respectively received goods Reporting the activities carried out and providing support in the construction of the weekly, monthly and annual reports of the department of which you are a part Handling claims regarding damage of goods during the transport or at the reception Maintaining and developing horizontal and vertical professional relationships with all departments Your profile: Experience in customer/sales support in the industry of chemical raw materials Good understanding of an ERP system People oriented, as well as competences to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships Communication skills and the ability to negotiate prices Organization skills, oriented to find solutions for any challenges Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Fluency in both written and spoken English as well as Romanian Our offer to you : If you're seeking a supportive and appreciative team that values individual differences and strengths, HSH Chemie may be the right place for you.
