Customer Service Specialist in GERMAN | Athens Neos Kosmos | High Salary, start asap!

Location: Athens – Neos Kosmos, Greece

• Working time frames: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00 — scheduled shifts within these hours, 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week

As a German-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Support customers via phone, email and chat with their banking questions
• Help with bank accounts and everyday banking enquiries
• Guide customers through digital and online banking services
• Resolve customer questions and provide clear, professional solutions
• Follow banking security procedures and quality standards

Competitive salary and remuneration system:

• Base salary: €1,400 gross/month ×14
• Fixed project bonus: €100 gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to €140 gross/month
• Welcome bonus: €1,000 gross in total, paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately €83.33 gross during your first year
• 2 additional base-salary payments per year: €2,800 gross total, included in the ×14 arrangement
• Meal vouchers: €3 net per worked day (approximately €60 net/month) + €100 net/month additional voucher
• Anniversary bonus: €500 gross after one year

Your monthly salary: €1,583–€1,723 gross + meal vouchers (approximately €160 net/month) + 2 salaries per year (€2,800 gross total).

What do we expect:

• Fluency in German — min. C2 level
• English at B2 level or higher
• Some previous Customer Service experience
• You already live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate there
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• A friendly, professional approach and good problem-solving skills
