Support Remote Part-time
The first person a business owner talks to, in whichever of four languages they opened with.
About The Role
Torim is free, so nobody buys their way to attention — support is how a business decides whether this thing is real. This role answers the queue, works out which problems are the same problem, and tells engineering the difference.
What you would do
None of these is a condition. If you have none of them, apply anyway.
Attach a CV, give a LinkedIn profile, or both. One of the two is required.

What you would do
- Answer tickets and the contact form — in Hebrew, Arabic, English or Russian.
- Walk a new business through its first week: services, opening hours, and a booking link that works.
- Turn recurring questions into documentation, and recurring failures into a report somebody can act on.
- Read the assistant's transcripts and say where it answered badly, so the next version does not.
- Ring a business that has gone quiet and find out why — the part nobody volunteers for, and the part that matters.
- Two years or more in support, success or account management — or a service business of your own, which counts double here.
- Hebrew at native level, and at least one of Arabic, Russian or English at working level. Torim ships in four languages, and a request arrives in any of them.
- Comfortable writing — most of this job is written, and writing clearly is harder than writing quickly.
- Patience with somebody who is not technical and is having a bad morning.
- Enough curiosity to reproduce a fault before reporting it, and to find the appointment in the backoffice before asking an engineer to.
- Comfortable on the phone and on WhatsApp, which is still how an Israeli small business prefers to be reached.
- Able to say no kindly, and to say "I do not know, I will find out" without dressing it up.
None of these is a condition. If you have none of them, apply anyway.
- You have used a booking system from behind the counter.
- A fourth language.
- Writing documentation or help articles — the assistant's knowledge base is exactly that.
- Enough SQL to answer your own question instead of queueing it.
Attach a CV, give a LinkedIn profile, or both. One of the two is required.
