Role Description This remote contract role involves operating a Norway-based online language school as an exclusive franchise partner of Lingua Learn. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing local marketing and outreach, overseeing student recruitment and enrollment, and coordinating course offerings to meet the needs of individual and corporate clients. The partner will collaborate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team to implement operational procedures, leverage the provided e-commerce platform and CRM, and ensure high-quality training delivery using the network of qualified teachers. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, adapting offerings based on market trends, and maintaining brand standards to grow the franchise sustainably within Norway.

• Candidates should possess Training experience or familiarity with education services to oversee course delivery and learner support.
• Experience in business development, sales, or franchise operations is highly beneficial.
• Background in education, language services, or corporate training is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in English and, ideally, knowledge of Norwegian market dynamics; additional language skills are a plus.
