Responsibility: Managing and developing relationships with clients Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell Connecting to key business executives Understand customers business issues, desired business outcomes and recommend solutions based on Contrasts best practices Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written Essential Skills Excellent organizational, adaptability, critical and strategic thinking, and communication skills 5+ years in a customer-facing Account Management position Ability to understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions Self-motivated and ability to work independently Managing and developing relationships with clients- Top Management/CEO/CIO/COO and the likes Experience within the SaaS/ Software sales & E-commerce, and/or retail tech industries Desired Skills Strong customer relationship building.
