Get ready to Monitor and evaluate the quality of Customer Success (CS) interactions, ensuring consistently high standards and identifying opportunities for improvement Coach CS specialists through structured feedback, workshops, and training, and support the onboarding and development of new team members Develop and maintain training materials, internal knowledge bases, Help Centers, and other resources that help CS teams succeed Support CS operations and tools, including Zendesk, while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and ways of working Partner with Team Leads, Product, and other stakeholders to turn CS insights into meaningful process, tool, and product improvements Support the implementation and communication of product, process, policy, and compliance updates, including GDPR requirements relevant to CS operations We expect you to Have fluent written and spoken English and Lithuanian Have previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or a similar environment; experience in quality, training, or CS operations is a strong advantage Be confident in delivering clear, constructive, and actionable feedback and facilitating training or coaching sessions Have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Be proactive, self-reliant, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a strong drive to continuously improve processes and ways of working Be a strong communicator and team player who can collaborate effectively with CS teams, Team Leads, Product teams, and other stakeholders in a fast-growing environment Salary Gross salary range is 1700 - 2100 EUR/month. Location We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga. For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
