Customer Success Specialist (US time zone)

We are looking for a Client Success Specialist on behalf of our US-based global client operating in the Financial Services industry.

This is a remote position based in Türkiye, offering the opportunity to work with an international team and build a long-term career in client relations, business services, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming client inquiries, understand client needs, and provide information about relevant services
• Communicate with prospective clients, guide them toward suitable solutions, and support the sales process
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales journey and coordinate their onboarding
• Guide clients through basic US company formation processes and coordinate the collection of required information and documentation
• Respond to existing clients’ requests, resolve routine inquiries, and coordinate with relevant internal teams when needed
• Maintain accurate client records and track leads, interactions, and outstanding requests through the CRM system
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, customer service, or client relations. (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered)
• Fluent in both English & Turkish — including the ability to communicate confidently with US-based institutions and Turkish based clients
• Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to build trust and understand client needs
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline
• Familiarity with CRM systems — HubSpot experience is an advantage
• Previous experience or strong interest in U.S. business, accounting, and tax systems
• Ability to work remotely from Türkiye and align with US business hours
