Customer Support Agent - German-speaking (System Solutions)

What You Will Do in This Role As a Customer Support Agent, you will: Be the direct voice of our company the essential link between the company and our customers. Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. Address inquiries from merchants regarding our products and services, offering comprehensive support. Actively contribute to improving customer satisfaction by optimizing processes and solutions. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Work as part of an international and multilingual team, promoting service improvements across the board. What Were Looking For Were a great match if you: Fluent in German (C1), both written and verbal communication, and have an advanced level of English (B2). Possess strong communication skills and can build rapport with customers quickly approachable, patient, and customer-focused. Have excellent problem-solving abilities, a curious mindset, and persistence in resolving issues. Prior experience in customer support is beneficial, especially with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email). Have empathy and dedication to delivering high-quality service, making customer satisfaction a top priority. Ability to manage escalations and resolve complex issues in a calm, organized manner. Comfortable with technology: able to multitask and use tools like smartphones, tablets, and computers efficiently. Youre well-organized and can manage your time effectively, even under pressure.
