Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will respond to inquiries from drivers, dispatchers, and clients via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information and resolving issues quickly. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting delivery or dispatch-related concerns, updating customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information. The role also involves monitoring support queues, following up on open tickets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic communication. The representative will adhere to company procedures, document interactions in support systems, and contribute ideas to improve support processes and service quality.

• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching support is beneficial but not required.
