We are looking for **proactive, confident, motivated, and communication-focused individuals** to join our remote team.

### 💼 What You’ll Do

This role involves **outbound communication and business outreach**. Your responsibilities will include:

• Calling companies and introducing Forge’s accounting and financial services

• Explaining our services clearly and professionally

• Speaking with business owners and decision-makers

• Understanding potential clients’ requirements and communicating relevant solutions

• Following up with prospects and maintaining professional communication

• Handling questions and providing accurate information

• Recording and organizing outreach information

• Working toward daily and weekly outreach targets

• Coordinating with the team and reporting progress

• Maintaining a professional and positive image of Forge during every interaction

✅ Fluent and professional in English

✅ Comfortable making calls and speaking to new people

✅ Good at building rapport and maintaining conversations

✅ Customer-focused and solution-oriented

**Previous customer support, sales, telemarketing, call center, business development, or outreach experience is preferred but not mandatory if you have strong communication skills.**

### ⏰ Working Schedule

**Full-Time — 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time**

This is an **8-hour full-time role**. You are expected to remain available and actively working throughout your scheduled hours.

### ⚠️ IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

Before joining the recruitment group, you **MUST** meet the following:

🔹 **Backup Internet:** You must have an alternative internet connection, such as a second Wi-Fi/broadband connection or SIM/mobile data.

🔹 **Backup Power:** You must have a backup power source such as solar, UPS, or batteries to continue working during power outages.

🔹 **No Other Job:** You must not be employed at or actively working another job while working with Forge.

🔹 **Full-Time Commitment:** This position is strictly full-time. Part-time arrangements are not available.

🔹 **Shift Timing:** 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PKT, day shift only.

🔹 **Attendance:** You are expected to remain available throughout working hours. You cannot simply log off during your scheduled shift.

🔹 **Emergency Leave:** If you need to take emergency leave, the missed working hours must be compensated by working on Sunday.
