What The Work Typically Involves

• Answering customer questions through email and chat

• Resolving tickets quickly and escalating complex issues when needed

• Onboarding new customers and following up to make sure they succeed

• Creating and updating knowledge base articles

• Sharing customer feedback with the team to improve the product and service

What Makes a Strong Candidate

• Based in Latin America with reliable internet

• Strong written and verbal English (B2 or higher)

• Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or customer success

• Patient, empathetic, and clear in writing

• Experience with US-based customers or help desk tools is a plus
