〈職務内容〉

従来の防犯・記録にとどまらず、映像を活用したオペレーションの自動化や意思決定支援を実現するソリューションを提供しています。30万台を超える常時接続デバイスからの膨大なデータを活かし、画像認識AIを用いたアルゴリズム開発やAI開発プラットフォームの構築を通じて、各産業の現場課題の解決を推進しています。

■仕事内容：画像認識AIプロダクト開発エンジニアとして現場AXを推進するAIソリューションの開発・リリースをリード

・画像認識AIを用いたアルゴリズム・モデルの調査・開発およびプロトタイプの開発

・アルゴリズム・モデルの組み込み実装、プロダクト開発・運用

・技術調査からリリースまで一気通貫で主導し、ビジネス職や各分野のエキスパートと連携した開発方針策定

・来店者数計測、汎用物体検知、危険検知・安全管理など、エッジ/クラウド/ハイブリッド環境における多彩な画像認識AIプロダクトの開発

・開発言語：C/C++, Python

・開発環境：エッジ、クラウド、ハイブリッド環境（サーバー、インフラ、フロント、モバイル、組み込み、画像認識AI）

・クラウドプラットフォーム：AWS等

〈募集要件〉

【必須要件（Must）】

・日本での就業経験

・機械学習を用いた商用プロダクト・サービスの設計/実装/運用の実務経験（3年以上）

・C/C++およびPythonを用いたソフトウェア開発の実務経験（ともに3年以上）

・保守性・拡張性を考慮したソフトウェアの設計・実装能力

【歓迎要件（Want）】

・コンピューターサイエンスもしくはそれに関連する領域における修士・博士の学位

・画像認識を用いたプロダクトの開発経験

・ウェブサービスの開発経験

・AWS等のクラウドサービスを活用した経験

・映像を用いた製品の組み込み開発経験

・英語による技術的なコミュニケーション能力

・競技プログラミングもしくはKaggleに取り組んだ経験

< Role Overview >

We develop products that automate operations and support decision-making beyond conventional security and recording. Leveraging massive video data from over 300,000 continuously connected devices, we accelerate Field AX by building image recognition AI algorithms and development platforms that solve critical industry challenges.

■ Responsibilities: Leading image recognition AI algorithm development and product release as an Image Recognition AI Product Development Engineer

・Conducting research/development of image recognition AI algorithms and models, and building prototypes

・Implementing algorithms/models into system integration, product development, and operation

・Leading end-to-end development from technical research to launch, collaborating with business/planning teams and multi-domain experts on product strategy

・Developing AI solutions across edge, cloud, and hybrid environments for applications such as retail analytics, object detection, and workplace safety management

[ Technical Environment ]

・Languages: C/C++, Python

・Environment: Edge, Cloud, and Hybrid environments (covering Server, Infrastructure, Frontend, Mobile, Embedded, and Image Recognition AI)

・Cloud Services: AWS, etc.

< Qualifications >

[Must-have]

・Work experience in Japan

・3+ years of practical experience in designing, implementing, and operating commercial products/services using machine learning

・3+ years of practical experience in software development using both C/C++ and Python

・Ability to design and implement software considering maintainability and scalability

[Nice-to-have]

・Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related fields

・Experience in developing products using image recognition

・Experience in web service development

・Experience utilizing cloud services such as AWS

・Experience in embedded development for video-based products

・Technical communication skills in English

・Experience participating in competitive programming or Kaggle
