Evolving from a simple HR efficiency tool into a comprehensive "Human Capital Management Platform," we are taking on the massive challenge of upgrading Japan's entire working infrastructure. To accelerate this evolution, we are launching a dedicated AI Development team and looking for a Senior AI Product Engineer to join as a founding member. You won't just build AI features; you will transform our engineering organization by empowering every product team to autonomously develop AI solutions.

■ Key Responsibilities

Depending on your background, you will lead or collaborate on:

- AI-Native Product Development: Drive the creation of AI-driven efficiency tools, actionable insights, and AI agents, taking them from initial PoC all the way to production implementation.

- Platform Architecture & LLMOps: Design and build scalable AI development platforms, evaluation metrics, and LLMOps from the ground up to support multiple product lines.

- Organizational Transformation: Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to various product teams, shifting the AI development lifecycle from a centralized hub to the frontlines.

・AI開発基盤のゼロイチ設計: 全社を横断して支えるスケーラブルなAI開発基盤やLLMOps、評価指標の仕組みをゼロから設計・構築します。

・組織のAI開発力底上げ: 各プロダクトチームへの伴走支援（ハンズオンや壁打ち）を通じ、AI機能開発の主体を現場へ移す技術的変革をリードします。
