■ Minimum Requirements

- Hands-on experience solving concrete business challenges using data analysis and machine learning.

- Experience with large-scale data processing using SQL/Python, and development/operation in cloud environments (Google Cloud/AWS, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of machine learning and statistics, including probability theory, learning methods, and evaluation metrics.

- Experience implementing and operating models and AI features in products utilizing ML pipelines and CI/CD.

- Domain experience in at least one of the following: matching/search functionalities, Trust & Safety, anomaly detection, or AI application development using foundation models.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of matching optimization and recommendation/ranking design in two-sided markets.

- Hands-on experience in dataset engineering, from large-scale data collection to annotation process design.

- Experience in AI-driven synthetic data generation or building automated data verification systems.

- Experience implementing models in products using ML pipelines (e.g., Vertex AI Pipelines) and Feature Stores.

- Capability to design practical end-to-end operations working backward from business and field requirements.
