Cyber Defense Sr Specialist - Vulnerability and Security Posture Management Specialist (m/w/d)

What you’ll do:

Du wirst Teil des Teams, das die präventiven Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in unserer IT-Security-Organisation verantwortet. Bei uns beschützt du kritische Infrastruktur: Die dynamische Bedrohungslage macht unsere Arbeit anspruchsvoll und selten langweilig. Wir entwickeln Konzepte, setzen Kontrollen um und arbeiten eng mit IT und Betrieb zusammen – weil es uns wichtig ist, praxisnahe Lösungen zu liefern, die wirklich funktionieren.

Als Vulnerability & Security Posture Management Specialist bist du Teil des Delos Cloud Security-Teams und verantwortest das technische Schwachstellenmanagement sowie die kontinuierliche Bewertung und Verbesserung der Security Posture – intern wie gemeinsam mit externen Partnern.

Das werden deine Aufgaben sein:

• Durchführung und Auswertung regelmäßiger Sicherheits-Scans zur Identifikation und Priorisierung von Schwachstellen in der eigenen Infrastruktur

• Kontinuierliche Bewertung identifizierter Schwachstellen hinsichtlich Validität, Komplexität und potenzieller Auswirkungen

• Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit externen Partnern zu deren Patch- und Remediationsstatus sowie Einholung und Konsolidierung von Security-Posture-Informationen

• Entwicklung effektiver Behebungs- oder Eindämmungsmaßnahmen sowie zugehöriger Prüfmechanismen und Kontrollen zur Absicherung gegen mögliche Restrisiken

• Proaktive Entwicklung und Empfehlung von Härtungsmaßnahmen für On-Premise- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Security- und Operations-Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Härtungs- und Remediationsmaßnahmen

• Monitoring und Reporting zum Fortschritt offener Maßnahmen gegenüber internen Stakeholdern

Abhängig von deinen persönlichen Interessen und Erfahrungen wirst du zusätzlich in folgenden Bereichen unterstützen:

• Durchführung von Untersuchungen zur Erkennung von Schwachstellen mit offensivenr oder analytischenr Methoden zur Schwachstellenerkennung

• Entwicklung und Pflege von Security-Posture-Metriken und Dashboards zur kontinuierlichen Fortschrittsverfolgung

• Unterstützung interner Teams aus der Sicherheitsperspektive bei IT-Projekten sowie bei der Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für On-Premise- und Cloud-Technologien

What you bring:

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im technischen Schwachstellenmanagement und/oder Security Posture Management

• Praktische Erfahrung mit Schwachstellen-Scan-Tools (z. B. Nessus, Qualys, Tenable, Microsoft Defender for Cloud)

• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit oderund der Steuerung von externen Partnern oder Lieferanten in sicherheitsrelevanten Themen

• Fundiertes Wissen über IT- und Operations-Themen wie Netzwerke, System-Hardening und Endpunktkonfiguration

• Kenntnisse aktueller Standards, Best Practices und Frameworks (z. B. CVSS, CIS Benchmarks)

Idealerweise bringst du außerdem mit:

• Bereitschaft, sich schnell in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten, sowie Leidenschaft für aktuelle Entwicklungen in der IT-Sicherheit

• Tiefes Verständnis von Sicherheitstechnologien und -strategien für On-Premise- und Cloud-Umgebungen

• Vertrautheit mit Microsoft Azure-Diensten und -Sicherheitskonzepten

• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Stakeholdern- und Partnernumgang

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
