Cyber Security Engineer

Prisma Access Engineer | Fully Remote |

Location Saudi Arabia (remote)

We’re looking for a Prisma Access Engineer to support enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex network and security issues and can explain what’s happening and what comes next.

You’ll work directly with customer technical teams to deploy, configure and support Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access. You’ll help customers onboard users and sites, investigate issues in live environments and work with internal teams to resolve escalations.

What you’ll be doing

• Deploy, configure and support Prisma Access across mobile user and remote network environments.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, GlobalProtect, routing and security policy issues.
• Own technical issues from initial investigation through to resolution, keeping customers updated along the way.
• Lead customer troubleshooting calls and provide guidance on configuration and best practices.
• Work with support and engineering teams on complex escalations and document fixes for future reference.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring or supporting Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access in enterprise environments.
• Strong network troubleshooting skills across TCP/IP, DNS, routing, IPsec VPNs and firewalls.
• Experience with GlobalProtect and Palo Alto Networks security policy configuration.
• Previous experience working directly with external customers in professional services, technical support or a similar engineering role.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to lead technical discussions with customers.
