CyberArk PAM Operations Engineer (L2) – Budapest, Hungary – Remote

Empiric are supporting a leading global organisation on a critical CyberArk PAM requirement in Budapest.

This is a hands-on L2 role focused on resolving production incidents, maintaining the CyberArk platform and onboarding privileged accounts. You’ll troubleshoot password rotation and reconciliation issues, support disaster recovery testing and join an on-call rota providing 24/7 coverage.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong relevant CyberArk PAM experience, including hands-on production support.
• Experience with CyberArk EPV (Vault), CPM, PVWA, PSM and CCP.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Entra ID and role-based access control.
• Experience working within ITIL processes and agreed SLAs.
• Experience maintaining SOPs and runbooks.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Haves

• CyberArk PAM Microservices experience.
• REST API integration or automation experience.
• Monitoring and log analysis using Splunk, ELK or Datadog.

Contract Details

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Contract Setup: Freelance / B2B – Remote with initial onboarding in Hungary

Duration: 6–12 months + potential extensions

Start Date: ASAP
