Cybersecurity Analyst

Role Description The Owner of Global HR with AI will oversee the platform’s strategic direction, content roadmap, and partner relationships in a part-time, remote capacity. This role includes defining the vision and growth strategy, prioritizing key focus areas across HR and AI, and ensuring alignment with the mission of building inclusive, technology-enabled workplaces. Daily activities may involve developing and publishing thought leadership content, curating resources, collaborating with HR and AI experts, and managing digital channels such as the website, newsletter, and social media. The Owner will also identify revenue and partnership opportunities, monitor audience engagement and analytics, and ensure that all initiatives reflect ethical and responsible AI practices. This position offers flexibility to experiment with new formats, offerings, and collaborations while maintaining a strong emphasis on value for HR practitioners and organizations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of human resources domains such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce analytics, with interest in applying AI to these areas.
• Experience with AI concepts and tools, including automation, predictive analytics, and ethical AI considerations, and the ability to communicate these topics clearly to HR audiences.
• Background in strategic planning, business development, or entrepreneurship, with the capacity to define vision, set priorities, and grow a digital platform.
• Skill in content creation and communication, including writing, editing, and presenting insights in articles, webinars, or social media for professional audiences.
• Comfort with digital tools for remote collaboration, website or blog management, analytics dashboards, and online community engagement.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and responsible technology use in workplace and HR practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, technology, communications, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience in HR, AI, or digital platforms is also valued.
