Cybersecurity Analyst

Role Description The Owner will oversee the overall operations and growth of the Google My Business Review service in a part-time, remote capacity. Daily responsibilities include managing the business strategy, cultivating client relationships, and supervising the delivery of review-related services on Google Business pages. The Owner will coordinate marketing initiatives, evaluate service performance, and implement improvements to increase client sales and engagement. Additional tasks may involve basic financial oversight, setting goals and priorities, and ensuring compliance with relevant platform guidelines and business standards.

• Business management skills, including planning, organization, and basic financial oversight.
• Familiarity with Google Business profiles, online review platforms, and local search visibility.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations.
• Basic marketing and branding skills to support service promotion and client growth.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with using digital tools for collaboration, data tracking, and reporting.
• Prior experience in small business ownership, customer service, or digital marketing is beneficial.
