Cybersecurity Consultant – Identity Management (IAM/IDM)

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDM) to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for independently configuring, developing, and integrating identity management solutions. You will work closely with clients, architects, and technical teams to analyse business and technical requirements, implement IAM/IDM systems, and ensure that solutions meet security and compliance standards.

Project information:

• Location: Warsaw or Katowice (2 days per month from the office)
• Type of employment: UoP or B2B contract
• Project languages: Polish and English

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements related to Identity and Access Management.
• Configure, develop, and maintain IAM/IDM solutions.
• Implement integrations between systems, applications, and IAM/IDM platforms.
• Design, implement, and test identity and access lifecycle management processes.
• Configure and manage access control models, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity management and access.
• Prepare and maintain technical and project documentation.
• Collaborate with solution architects, clients, and technical teams throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Practical knowledge of IAM/IDM processes, including identity and access lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with at least one IAM/IDM platform, such as SailPoint, One Identity, or OpenText.
• Experience configuring integrations and implementing RBAC permission models.
• Ability to test solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and prepare technical documentation.
• Programming skills and the ability to design algorithms to solve software-related problems.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.
