D365 CRM Developer (Remote within Poland)

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to help shape and enhance a MS Dynamics CRM platform supporting Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing. You will contribute to a business transformation project, bringing multiple tools into one integrated environment, with a focus on standard platform capabilities and well-designed custom development.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, across any module.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation and Dataverse, including data models, tables, relationships, forms and business rules.
• Development experience with C#/.NET and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and assess when custom development is necessary.
• Fluent Polish and good level of working English.

Your responsibilities:

• Configure and develop Dynamics 365 solutions to support Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing processes.
• Extend standard platform functionality where required.
• Develop integrations and contribute to data and functionality migration from existing CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, developers and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.

Nice to have:

• Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
• Dataverse SDK and Azure integration services, such as Azure Functions or Service Bus.
• OAuth 2.0 / Microsoft authentication mechanisms.
• Previous CRM data migration experience.
