Damage Coordinator

Damage Coordinator 100% Remote | Contract-to-Hire | $21-$26/hr

Join a growing fleet operations team where you'll play a direct role in reducing vehicle downtime and keeping drivers on the road. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with collision repair, auto claims, fleet operations, or body shop experience looking to grow their career in a remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate vehicles through the collision repair process from damage report to repair completion
• Review repair estimates and documentation for accuracy
• Track repair progress, timelines, and vehicle status using CCC ONE and other systems
• Work with repair facilities, transportation partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep repairs moving
• Maintain accurate claims, repair, and fleet records
• Help improve repair cycle times and overall operational efficiency

Required Experience

• 2+ years in collision repair, automotive service, fleet operations, vehicle claims, or a related field
• Experience with repair estimates, vehicle damage assessments, or collision workflows
• Experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating platforms
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems

Preferred

• Auto claim management
• Fleet maintenance or fleet operations experience
• High-volume repair environment experience
• Knowledge of repair cycle times and supplemental estimates

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
